All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options across the United States:

3. Shipping Areas
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
While we strive for on-time delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances:
- If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@magicmeadow.site with your order number.
- For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and offer a solution (e.g., reshipment or refund if applicable).
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate:
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order is fulfilled.

If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim.
- We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
