1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

 


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or accidents

 


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@magicmeadow.site with the following:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

 

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions and a return authorization if applicable.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Magic Meadow is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.


5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error or damaged goods.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
    We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as needed.

 


8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is in transit, you must follow the standard return process.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company and/or bank
